How it works

Upload what you know
PDF, Word, Markdown, spreadsheets, or a page on your own site. It is parsed, split and indexed while you watch.
Tell the agent who it is talking to
Set its tone and what to say when it does not know. Try questions in the playground and see the passages it read, and what they scored.
Connect it to your own product
One POST to /v1/chat with your key. A test key works the moment you sign up; a live key needs your email confirmed.

By default the agent answers only from your documents. Ask it something they do not cover and it says so, in your own words, instead of inventing a confident answer for your customer.
Your knowledge is yours
Every query is bound to your organisation in four separate layers, the innermost enforced by the database itself. A mistake in our code returns nothing rather than somebody else's data.
Thai, properly
Thai has no spaces between words, which is where most tools quietly go wrong. Documents are counted and split by real tokens, and an English question about a Thai handbook is answered in Thai.
